black bean veggie burger

Ingredients:
1 can black beans, drained and rinsed.
1 cup shredded carrots 1/2 cup chopped onions
1 cup plain rolled oats
2 cloves garlic, chopped
2 tbs Parsley
1 tbs pepper
1 tbsp cumin

2 tsp Olive oil put oats in food processor for 2 Min's, then beans in a food processor with carrots, oats, garlic, garlic, cumin, parsley and pepper. Process until well mixed. Preheat frying pan or grill pan to medium. Form into 6 patties and coat each with vegetable oil. fry or Grill for 4 to 6 minutes per side or until browned. if you like you can serve bean burgers on toasted buns and top with mustard, tomato, fresh cabbage and or fresh spinach.

Veg mexican rice

Ingredients
1 Tbs. olive oil
2 cup white brown rice already cooked
1/2 cup sweet onion, chopped
 1 cup frozen corn
1 cup frozen peas
3 cloves garlic, minced (1 Tbs.)
1 tsp. ground cumin
1/2 tsp. dried oregano
2 Tbs. tomato paste
1 can chopped tomato
 1 can or cup of black beans

 Preparation 1. in sauce pan cook together for 4 min oil, corn, peas, onions, garlic, cumin, and oregano, and spoon tomato paste, chopped tomatoes. Add 1 cup of water, and stir in rice and beans to combine. salt and pepper to taste. Reduce heat to medium-low, cover, and simmer 15 minutes, or until all liquid is absorbed. Remove from heat, serving.

Korean Rice bowel

INGREDIENTS:
1 cup white or brown rice
2 carrots, sliced
1/2 cup black beans cooked
 1 tablespoon sesame oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1-inch piece of ginger, grated
2 bunches baby bok choy,
2 tablespoons soy sauce
 1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 cup Kimchi
1/4 cup of pickled radishes
top with green onions

 INSTRUCTIONS Combine rice and 2 cups water in a medium pot. Add carrots and season with salt and pepper. Bring to a boil and let simmer for about 45 minutes or until the water is absorbed and rice is tender Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat Add garlic to the skillet and sauté 1 minute. Then add ginger and bok choy stems and sauté about 5 minutes. Finally, add bok choy leaves and soy sauce then remove from heat. add rice to a bowel, then all other ingredients service with dressing ...bon appetite..
